1. Meeting Called to Order
The meeting was called to order at 11:01 a.m.
2. Approval of Agenda
Moved by T. Lundy
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the agenda for the June 24, 2016, Committee of Adjustment hearing be approved.
3. Disclosure of Conflict of Interest
Gary French declared a conflict with respect to Application No. A05-16 (Bunston, Wendy), and excused himself from the proceedings.
Peter Frost assumed the position of Chair.
4. Adoption of Minutes

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the minutes of the Committee of Adjustment meeting held on April 15th, 2016, be approved.
5. Hearing of Minor Variance Applications
a) BUNSTON, Cliff and Doreen
PURPOSE AND EFFECT OF THE APPLICATION:
The owners are seeking relief from Sections 5.3 k) and 5.8 i)f) of the Township's Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. A2000-07, which stipulates the width of the boathouse, including attached docks, shall not exceed 15 metres in width; and, that all other dock structures shall have no portion of the dock that exceeds 4 metres in width.
The purpose of the proposed application is to allow a variance for the total width of the boathouse and attached docks of 2 metres (6.6 feet), and a variance of 0.9 metres (3 feet) for the width of an attached dock. The effect of the proposed variance would be the placement of a boathouse which would have a total width, including attached docks, of 17 metres (56 feet) and an attached dock with a width of 4.9 metres (16.1 feet).
The applicant has stated that the owners wish to purchase a boathouse that has already been constructed, and the manner in which the boathouse must be situated, is cause for this minor variance application.
Cale Henderson; Secretary Treasurer, explained the nature of the application. John Jackson, Ryan Snowball and Dave Bunston attended in support of the application.
