Island Nos. B136 and B130
      In front of the geographic Township of Conger

THE PURPOSE of Consent Application No. B06-16 is to create one new water-access lot on Island Nos. B136 and B130, in front of the geographic Township of Conger, to rectify the inadvertent merger of the two Islands.

THE EFFECT of the proposed consent would be the re-establishment of two water-access lots, which inadvertently merged on title.  The proposed severed lot (Island B-130) will be approximately 1.57 hectares (3.88 acres) in area with a frontage of approximately 390 metres (1280 ft), while the proposed retained lot (Island B-136) will be approximately 3.97 hectares (9.81 acres) in area with a frontage of approximately 185 metres (607 feet).

ii)    N.D. McLennan Ltd – Crane Lake Resort
       Application Nos. B01-16 and B02-16

       1 New Lot and 1 Right-of-Way

THE PURPOSE and EFFECT of proposed Consent Application Nos. B01-16 and B02-16, is to allow the severance of the marina lands from the property, and grant a right-of-way to the resort along the existing driveway, across the marina lands, located in the Crane Lake Neighbourhood, in Concession 9, Part Lot 21, being Parcels 3040 and 5717 P.S.S.S., including Part 2 on Plan 42R-9780, in the geographic Township of Conger.

TAKE NOTICE that the lands to which Consent Application Nos. B01-16 and B02-16 apply, are also the subject of an 18-Unit, Standard, Residential Condominium No. SB01-16, Official Plan Amendment No. 62, and Zoning By-law Amendment No. A02-16.
