Customer Information
Existing Customers:
If you previously docked at Holiday Cove but do not require a dock slip for the 2022 season, please contact the Township office at 705-746-4243 ext 302 or email holidaycove@thearchipelago.on.ca as soon as possible.
Agreements for the 2021 season were mailed to customers on March 1st. To reserve your dock slip for 2021, please submit payment by April 1st, 2021. Please note: If payment is not made by this date, you risk losing your slip as it will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.
The following must be received prior to occupation of dock slips:
1. Payment in full, including any outstanding accounts.
2. A signed Agreement
3. Certificate of Insurance as per the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
The Township will launch boats stored at Holiday Cove at the request of customers and as soon as ice and weather conditions permit. To submit a launch request, please email holidaycove@thearchipelago.on.ca. Please provide a minimum of 2 weeks advance notice so that we can schedule accordingly.
Payment
Due to COVID-19, the Township office is currently closed to the public. Payment can be made by cheque mailed to, or dropped through the mail slot at, the Township office located at 9 James Street, Parry Sound.
The Township also accepts e-transfers to finance@thearchipelago.on.ca. Please email finance@thearchipelago.on.ca prior to the transfer to provide payment information and the answer to your security question.
Credit card payments can be made by e-payment (additional charges apply and require a valid accounts receivable number). An accounts receivable number can be obtained by emailing holidaycove@thearchipelago.on.ca or contacting the Township office at 705-746-4243.
Payment at the Marina: Debit and credit card payment can be made in person at the marina commencing Monday, April 19th, between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Curbside Service only. The signed 2021 Agreement and Certificate of Insurance are required prior to occupation of dock slips.
New Customers
Please email holidaycove@thearchipelago.on.ca to check availability of dock slips at Holiday Cove. The marina is currently closed for the season, and will re-open on April 26th. Once open for the season, Holiday Cove Marina may also be contacted at 705-746-2250 during regular hours of operation.
New customers must complete and sign a 2021 Agreement and submit it for approval. To request a 2021 Agreement, please contact the Township office at 705-746-4243 or email holidaycove@thearchipelago.on.ca
Please note that a Certificate of Insurance, signed by an authorized representative of the insurer, must be submitted with the signed Agreement. Please review the terms and conditions of the Agreement for additional information regarding the required insurance coverage.
Rates for the 2021 Season
Seasonal slip rates are set at $1,155.00 for boats up to 21 feet in length, then $55/ft over and above 21 feet, plus HST.
Seasonal rates include parking for one vehicle.
