In 2021 the Township of The Archipelago created its first ever Strategic Plan. The Plan refined the Township's strategic principles and priorities created through our previous community discussions, and developed actions to help the Township in moving forward to achieve its goals.

The Township's organizational culture is guided by our vision, mission, values, strategic priorities and goals. The Strategic Plan outlines the overall vision for our community and sets the foundation for the development of future plans, strategies, and actions to ensure sustainability and success.

In 2023 a revised version of the 2021 Strategic Plan was adopted for the new term of Council
